Delivery:
Please allow 14 working days for UK mainland delivery and 28 working days for International delivery. We endeavour to send out orders the first working day after it has been received, and we will notify you via email if there are any issues or problems with your order. We send orders using Royal Mail 1st class for UK, and Royal Mail Standard Airmail for International orders.
Damaged models/ Missing parts :
If you recieved a model in a damaged condition, please take clear photographs of the damaged components and send them to: will@gwylanmodels.co.uk
We are sorry for the inconveniance, however there are many unscrupulous individuals out there who try to get free models from us by lying about a damaged model. We do not send out entire replacement models for that reason, however we will happily send a replacement of the damaged part/parts. If any components are missing please just send an email to the address above and we will send out replacement parts.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with a product you have pruchased from us, you may return it within 62 days from the date of order for a full refund. We will only offer refunds for unassembled and unmodified models. That is to say, if you have done anything other than open the box and handle the parts, we will not offer a refund for the model.
Alternative Payment options:
If you do not have access to paypal, you may fill in an order form and mail it to us with paymant enclosed. Click here to download the order for (requires Adobe Acrobat/ Free Adobe Reader.) We can accept cheques and cash, we are currently unable to process card payments. Please make out any cheques to Mr. Will Jayne, we reserve the right to await clearance on the cheque before sending out your orders. We do not reccomend that you send cash through the mail, however if you decide to do so please ensure that you take every precaution that it is protected. Please send cash via royal mail signed for and keep your proof of postage. We do not accept any responsibility for cash lost or stolen in the mail, customers who choose to pay this way do so at their own risk!
